Rabies certificate

Good Evening, I'm looking to find out if Vetco is able to print off an actual rabies certificate and sign it in blue ink for my vet. I'm military and I'm trying to get my boys overseas with me but I can't without their rabies proof and it has to be official/signed. Every time I've tried to go back in person, my local vetco wasn't available or I'm working and I always get off after hours so I can't directly speak with anyone. If someone could get back to me I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

Terrible experience, I waited 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment for the text to come in. they said they had been trying to call me. Why did they not text me per their instructions. WILL never

Poor service! I arrived at Petco ten minutes early and messaged 3. Vetco responded i was checked in and wait for text. 40 minutes later I received a text they have been trying to call me and I should come in. Why would you not follow your own instruction ? clearly the instructions were they would text. My phone is set up for call fowarding so I only recieve text messages. Check in tech could care less.

Disappointing visit

I brought my cat in for his feline leukemia shot. Tiger,my cat, was given FVRCP vacine. After the mistake was made he got his feline shot. I was very nervous not knowing if there would be an interaction. I was assured it wouldn't. Didn't feel any better. Was was told to bring his records but we're not looked at nor was I asked anything. This should be a learning experience and communication needs to be stressed. This appointment was disappointing. When given my bill I was told I was given a discount on first shot. What the heck. Mix up with appointment and customer service can’t help

Made appointments for both of my dogs or so I thought - only got confirmation for one - called and they say theres nothing they can do to help or figure out what happened and now all spots are booked. Should have better customer service - who could at least help in situations such as this.

My pet's visit reinstated and a certificate for a 3 year rabies and distemper shot issued.

Left to wait in a small room for 45 minutes. Left and never saw the vet

I was there with my cat for a check up and shots. I arrived early and after 15 minutes was put in a small room to wait for 45 minutes on a bench with a nervous cat. I finally left. I was told there was an emergency, however, that was not acceptable for me and my cat to wait that long!

Non-diagnosis Avondale, AZ

I took my 5-month old puppy for skin problems and mild diarrhea. I was told "he has mites" and was charged $66 for a monthly chew for 'treatment '. Well, my pup is itching worse, bald patches has grown. I called and was told that he need to come in for 'tests'. When I initially took him the doc refused to test pup(I asked) and recommended a chew by eyeballing him. They refused to give me a refund too.

Very unhappy , disappointed

I took my 1 year old pup in for her vaccinations . I never received her records or her rabies tag. I called customer service and they emailed the records . In the records they had her breed as a mixed breed . She is an AKC registered Corgi. They also had her birthdate incorrect . After 9 months they told me that her rabies tag was pending ? WTH ? They said they would update and correct the records and send me a rabies tag. Before I called them I tried getting on the website 4 times and could not get any responce . I then called and was told site was down. I realize that this is a newer service , BUT is in much need of correction and updating . I WILL NOT USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN . VERY POOR SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT

Unhappy customer

We had second appointment of the day but were passed by another customer. Employee said they had 3 bookings as their 10 oclock first appointment. Then they estimated our cats weight. They vet refused our help with our cats. Could not get her out of the box and complained when she was scratched after she was warmed about cat being unhappy. Over all a horrible unprofessional experience. If you say I have no experience doing this then why are you doing the job ? Time for her to go back to training or find a new career
